Filmed in one single shot, ‘Boiling Point’ captures the relentless pressure of the kitchen in a top-class restaurant, as head chef Andy Jones (brilliantly played by Stephen Graham) struggles to coordinate his team during one of the busiest nights of the year. The camera never cuts but just follows the staff as they go about their work. The result is a convincing and fast-paced film, full of drama and tension, which is sure to make you re-evaluate the life of a busy kitchen/restaurant.
